2. Getting Started
New to CalConcierge? Here are some tips to help you get up and running:
- Download the app from the App Store and create your account using your email, Google, or Apple sign-in.
- Connect your integrations such as Google Calendar and Gmail from the Settings screen to unlock the full power of CalConcierge.
- Add your first property by tapping the "Add Property" button on the home screen. Fill in the address, type, and any relevant details.
- Browse vendors in the Explore tab to find trusted contractors and service providers in your area.
If you run into any issues during setup, email us at erich@calconcierge.ai and we'll walk you through it.
3. Account & Login
Having trouble signing in or managing your account? Here are some common solutions:
- Forgot your password? Use the password reset option on the login screen. A reset link will be sent to your registered email address.
- Social login issues: If you signed up with Google or Apple, make sure you're using the same account you originally registered with.
- Account updates: You can update your profile information, email signature, and connected integrations from the Settings screen within the app.
- Delete your account: If you'd like to delete your account and all associated data, please email erich@calconcierge.ai and we'll process your request promptly.
4. Properties & Vendors
CalConcierge makes it easy to manage your properties and connect with vendors:
- Adding properties: Tap "Add Property" from the home screen. You can include the address, property type, number of bedrooms and bathrooms, photos, and notes.
- Managing vendors: Browse the vendor directory in the Explore tab, or add your own trusted vendors to your contacts.
- Property details: Each property has a dedicated details page with summaries, activity logs, inspections, maintenance tasks, and quotes.
- AI summaries: CalConcierge uses AI to generate helpful property summaries and notes to keep you informed.

5. Calendar & Scheduling
Stay on top of your schedule with CalConcierge's calendar features:
- Google Calendar sync: Connect your Google Calendar from Settings to see all your events directly in the app.
- Coffee meetings: Use the coffee meeting feature to quickly schedule informal meetings with clients and vendors.
- Event details: View event locations, attendees, and timing information all in one place.
If your calendar isn't syncing correctly, try disconnecting and reconnecting your Google account from Settings. If the issue persists, reach out to erich@calconcierge.ai.
6. Notifications
CalConcierge sends push notifications to keep you updated on important events and activities:
- Enable notifications: When prompted, allow notifications so you never miss an important update.
- Manage preferences: You can adjust notification settings through your device's system settings for the CalConcierge app.
- Not receiving notifications? Make sure notifications are enabled in your device settings and that you have a stable internet connection.
7. Privacy & Data
We take your privacy seriously. Here's how we handle your data:
- Data collection: We only collect information necessary to provide and improve our services. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
- Data deletion: You can request deletion of your account and all associated data by emailing erich@calconcierge.ai.
